Our leadership team is dedicated to upholding our values, and is committed to excellence in Christian education. Our team is led by the following people.
Scott Ambrose

Scott began as Principal of Calvin Christian School in November 2020. He has previously fulfilled a range of school leadership positions including Acting Principal, Deputy Principal, and Head of Department. Scott has a background in Languages and Humanities teaching and has studied locally and abroad, including leading student exchanges overseas for more than ten years. He is committed to Christian Education, both through his teaching career and his children’s education. He has been active in his professional association, representing Tasmanian language teachers in a variety of capacities.
Andrew Nash

Andrew has been in the role of Head of Primary since 2018. He has over 20 years experience teaching in both government and independent schools. He is passionate about Christian Education and sees the value of home, church and school working together to sow into the faith journey of our students; his own children are experiencing this within the CST community.
Andrew and his family serve in the worship team at Kingborough Family Church. Andrew is a keen sportsman and has played and coached at local and state level in basketball, netball and football.
Martin Huber

Martin has worked as a pastoral leader at Calvin Christian School for the last seven years. As a Head of Year, he has worked to support students and staff. In his role as Acting Head of Students, he leads the pastoral care team in addition to looking after the pastoral needs of students.
Martin has an extensive background in Christian youth ministry.
Drew Roberts

Drew commenced as Deputy Principal of the Senior Campus in 2025. With over 20 years of experience teaching in both the State and Independent systems. He is committed to Christian Education as both an educator and parent, and his three boys have all attended Christian schooling.
Drew is passionate about technology and has spent time teaching design and digital technologies.
Beyond the classroom, Drew enjoys all sports, particularly Golf and AFL, and he is actively involved in Good News Christian Church in Howrah.
Kyle Fifield

Kyle has been in both pastoral and curriculum leadership at Calvin Christian School since 2019, first as a Head of Year and most recently as Head of Humanities. Before this, Kyle worked in boarding and Christian Studies leadership in New South Wales. Kyle's passions are Theology and History, studies for which have taken him and his family to Canada and beyond. Kyle is involved in music ministry, soccer and American football in various ways across Hobart.
